How Often Should I Get My Skin Checked?
As part of a complete early detection strategy, we recommend that you see a dermatologist once a year, or more often if you are at a higher risk of skin cancer, for a full-body, professional skin exam.

What Sunscreen Do You Recommend?
Dr. Campbell recommends a broad-spectrum sunscreen, meaning that it will protect against Ultraviolet A (UVA ) and Ultraviolet B ( UVB). Both UVA and UVB can cause skin cancer and advanced photoaging. Minimum of SPF 30, preferably SPF 50. It is also important to use the correct amount of sunscreen. To cover all exposed areas of the body, one ounce (or enough to fill a shot glass) is needed. Ask our team for specific sunscreen recommendations!
